A dry, south of France or Bandol style Rosé with layers of fruit and floral flavors like strawberry, raspberry, cherry, watermelon and rose petals.
Winemaker's Notes
Produced via saignée after an eight hour cold soak, followed by long cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Barrel Aging: Aged for 6 months in neutral French Oak barrels.
Varietal Composition: Grenache, Zinfandel, Cinsault and Carignane
